WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY PROPERTY?
When people are genuinely interested in buying a property they will make an offer. If your property has been on the market for some time and people aren't making offers, then something is wrong.
Although it's important to get feedback from buyers on what they do and don't like about your property, there are usually only two things that will stop them from making an offer - either the property is in poor condition or it's overpriced in comparison to the rest of the market.
So do your homework, look at other properties on the market (try to remain objective when comparing them to your property) and, if you want to sell, make some changes.
